REGISTRATION ENCUENTRO BOCA ANTWERP 2025
Encuentro BOCA Antwerp will take place at Waagnatie Bocadero on August 22, 23 and 24, 2025.
The entrance fee of €140 per person includes admission to 6 milongas where free drinks (water, coffee and tea), fruit and snacks will be provided. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the local bar.
Please read the following points carefully before filling in the form below.
- Registration is mandatory and strictly personal.
- Admission to the event does not depend on the time you registered.
- Couples have priority.
- Couples must register separately, mentioning their partner’s name. If one partner cancels, the other is automatically canceled as well.
- Singles are matched to maintain a balanced leader/follower ratio. If a match is not possible, they will be placed on the waiting list.
- Payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance of your registration.
- We do not send reminders. Your spot may be forfeited and given to someone else if your payment is not received within 10 days. Payments made before receiving an acceptance notification cannot be processed.
- Cancellations must be sent to info@antwerpboca.be
- Refund of 80% until 4 July 2025 - 50% until 1 August 2025 - No refund after this date for whatever reason.
- By registering, you give permission for photos and videos to be taken and published.
- Personal data collected will be used exclusively for BOCA 2025 event registration purposes.
